Ingredients required to make pickled green chillies

20- Green chili (fat)
1 cup- Fennel
1 cup- Coriander
1 tsp- Dry mango powder
1 tsp- Salt
1 cup- Gram flour
6- Red chili
1 cup- Oil
1 cup- Curd

How to make delicious pickled green chillies

To make pickled green chillies, first of all wash and dry the green chillies thoroughly.

Now keep the dried chillies by making a slit in the middle.

Now in a pan roast mustard seeds, green chillies, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, till light golden.

Now grind them well in the mixie.

Now put oil in a hot pan, when the oil becomes hot, then fry all the chilies in it.
