79 police officers and employees of UP Police have been awarded the President’s Distinguished and Meritorious Service Medal. In this, the names of all the employees including Additional Director General of Police ATS, Additional Director General of Police (Personnel), ADG N Ravinder are included.
Lucknow: The Union Home Ministry has announced the honor to be given to policemen on the occasion of Republic Day. Uttar Pradesh Police has got the maximum number of medals for 79 officers and policemen, not only this, UP Police is at the top in getting the President’s Police Medal. Five police officers, including ATS Chief Naveen Arora, have received the President’s Police Medal.
These five police personnel will get the President’s Medal: Among the four Additional Director General of Police and one constable of Uttar Pradesh Police who have been selected for the President’s Police Medal this time, Additional Director General of Police ATS Naveen Arora, Additional Director General of Police (Personnel) Raja Srivastava, ADG N Ravinder, ADG Technical Services Mohit Aggarwal and Head Constable Vijay Kumar working in Varanasi Police Commissionerate will be awarded the President’s Police Medal.
74 Policemen will get Meritorious Service Police Medal:On the occasion of Republic Day, 74 policemen and officers of UP Police will be honored with the President’s Meritorious Service Police Medal.
