Taking a complaint of encroachment, an old man reached the collector. On his complaint, the elder has accused the administrative officials along with other people of grabbing the land.
Gwalior. After reaching the collector’s office of the district, an old man pleaded for justice. Burjug alleges that his ancestral land has been encroached upon by administrative officials and others. He has been stumbling door to door for 4 years to get the land back, but none of his officials are ready to listen and take concrete action. The collector has assured the elderly to investigate and take action regarding this matter.
Appeal for justice: Virendra Baba Chaudhary, a resident of Gandhi Road Murar in Gwalior city, has complained to the Collector and appealed for justice. Virendra Baba alleges that his grandfather Kishanlal Teli has about 100 acres of ancestral land in Indira Nagar near the fair ground since 1930. Even today their names are there in official documents. After grandfather’s death in 2000, he took out the documents of the land and after reaching the land, he saw that the land was occupied by many people. Even the SDM has been accused of occupying the land. To get this land, he has been going around the collector’s office for 4 years and has also complained about it to many officials, but no concrete action is being taken by the officials. Due to which he has become frustrated.
Order for investigation issued: After reaching the collector’s office, the old man narrated his agony in front of collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh. The Collector has issued an order to the ADM to investigate and take action. Complainant Virendra Baba Chaudhary says that his ancestral land has been encroached upon by the Administrative Officer and other people. For 4 years, he has been stumbling door to door to get back the land, but none of his officers is ready to listen and take concrete action. The collector assured the elderly to investigate the matter and take action. Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh says that the old man has complained. Whatever facts will come out in the investigation, action will be taken accordingly.
