The dispute between the two parties reached the police station in Deepka police station of Korba district. During whose action there was a lot of uproar in the police station as well. Meanwhile, one side of the villagers complained to the SP alleging assault and indecency on the staff including the SHO. Dharna was also held in the SP office. After which the SP has attached the line to the accused constable on late Wednesday evening.
Korba : Ganesh Uike, a resident of Tivarta village under Deepka police station, complained to the SP on Wednesday. In which it is mentioned that there was a dispute between the two parties of Tivarta at around 5 pm on 24th. In which I reached the police station with my friends Ravishram, Dev Markam, Satya Markam and some local villagers for the purpose of getting a settlement. As soon as I reached, police station staff Yogesh Ratre started abusing and threatening me. On protesting against which I was abused by Yogesh Ratre, Parmeshwar Rathore and other policemen. There was also a fight. Due to which my eyes got hurt. I am getting confused even to see. In the complaint, indecency has also been mentioned by Deepka SHO Abhinav Kant.
